Coconut Maca Horchata

Yield: 2 – 12 oz portions

This rebuilding, refreshing, and deeply nourishing spiced smoothie features Mt. Capra Colostrum for even more creaminess.


¼ cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen banana slices
1 cup nut milk
2 Tbs. almond butter
2 tsp cinnamon, powdered*
1 tsp Red Maca, powdered
1 tsp nutmeg, ground
2 Tbs. coconut butter
2 Tbs Mt. Capra Mineral Whey (optional)
2 scoops Mt. Capra Clean Protein
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract**
1 cup ice
2 scoops Mt. Capra Colostrum (optional)

*preferably Ceylon Cinnamon, which is a little spicy

**or substitute Mt. Capra Caprotein in Vanilla for the vanilla extract + protein powder


Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth. This smoothie should have a medium thickness, add more ice to adjust.
