Ingredients:

Coconut milk – ¼ cup
Frozen banana slices – 1 cup
Nut milk – 1 cup 
Almond butter – 2 Tbs 
Cinnamon, powdered* – 2 tsp
Red Maca, powdered – 1 tsp
 Mt. Capra Clean Protein – 2 scoops 
Coconut butter – 2 Tbs
 Mt. Capra Mineral Whey (optional) – 2 Tbs
Nutmeg, ground – 1 tsp
Vanilla extract** – 1 Tbs 
Ice – 1 cup
 Mt. Capra Colostrum (optional) – 2 scoops

*particularly Ceylon Cinnamon, which adds a fun little kick of heat

**or substitute Mt. Capra Caprotein for the vanilla extract + protein powder

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth with a medium thickness. Add more ice to adjust and enjoy! Be careful as it is rather easier to add more ice then remove it.
