This is our COVID-19 Update + Virtual Farm Tour:
The wise king Solomon tells us in the book of Ecclesiastes that there is “nothing new under the sun.” This is a comfort during this difficult time of living in a world racked with fear and sorrow surrounding COVID-19. I find comfort knowing that although the world may seem to be crumbling now. However, we will in fact, one day, be on the other side of this pandemic.
Many of our customers have asked whether or not we will continue to have products in stock and available for their needs. The answer is an unequivocal YES. Throughout the relentless 24/7 Corona virus news cycle, we will continue to farm, produce, and ship our nutritional whole foods from goat milk.
Our hearts go out to those of you who have been negatively impacted by this virus. Whether you’re suffering economically, physically, or, in most of our cases, emotionally, we are mourning with you.
I’m not going to list for you all the ways Mt. Capra is addressing the virus threat on our farm and processing facility. I think there may be more spiritual health in this idea. Turn off the endless prophecies of doom and gloom for a time. I am recommending we all “fast” or at least implement a serious “reduction in consumption” of 24/7 COVID TV.
The world won’t be saved by us spending vast amounts of mental and emotional capital consuming media. Most of which is dedicated to out-sensationalizing one another. Likewise, the world won’t end if we commit the next week of our lives to, as my friend Dr. Matt Angove says, “accumulate health”. Put your phone away, turn off the TV, get outside, read books to your kids, start growing things. Accumulate physical, mental, and spiritual health by taking a break from the statistics, talking heads, and prophets of doom. If we can make it a week, I can almost guarantee our lives and the lives of our families and loved ones will be improved…significantly.
To help in giving you something else to think about, I made a short farm tour video yesterday of what is happening right now on the farm. Since 1928 we’ve been bringing you the goodness of goat milk and during this time when fear is presented as the norm, there is a family farm with 3 generations living, managing, and healing the earth via the wonder of regenerative agriculture.
New life is abounding. Baby goats are being born. The world is awaking from a time of darkness and is bursting forth with life.
Easter is coming.
What will you fill your mind with during this time of new life?

Found so much hope on your site tonight. Thank you.
My wife and I enjoyed the video tour of the farm; it reminded me of raising cows with my dad during my childhood near Sacramento in the 1950s. It’s a blessing from God to purchase goat milk products from a family such as yours. As a Vietnam war and Iraq war disabled veteran, I am no longer able to tolerate dairy products from cows, therefore we are blessed to have access to your goat’s milk products. I also have chemical sensitivity and I greatly appreciate the fact that your products arrive “clean” with no fragrance/chemical odors. Your customer service is outstanding. We look forward to a long relationship with your family-owned company.
May Almighty God continue to bless you.
Joe and your beautiful family,
I have been searching diligently for good quality goat milk and found Mt. Capra on Amazon. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to order one container of Whole goat milk powder just to try it. It was delivered today and I drank my first glass of the best tasting goat milk I have ever had! I have been buying Meyenberg goat milk at my local grocery, but recently they have been out of it. Mt. Capra milk is oh so much better tasting than what I have been buying. I love it and just ordered three more containers from Amazon. Thank you for such a wonderful product and also for the beautiful and inspirational farm video I just finished watching. Was sooo refreshing to view all that beautiful country and put this Covid thing out of mind. Thank you and may God continue to bless you and your beautiful family….including ALL your goats!!
Thank so much Judy!
So refreshing! Thank you for reminding us of the blessings we still have. Praise the Lord. Lovely family. Just the way the Lord intended it to be. 🙂
Beautiful family; beautiful video! Thank you for sharing your positivity. It’s refreshing to see a business acting rationally and with discernment.

Thanks!
Yes, you can walk right into the office!
