Ironman World Championship Video Coverage

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Ben Greenfield for a short pre-race interview just hours before his Ironman race in Kona, Hawaii. We discussed a variety of topics from pre-race nutrition/training, to helpful tips on lessening exercise-induced damage. Ben shares some secrets of training embraced by the greats such as Dave Scott and Mark Allen that every Ironman athlete should know!

  1. Joe and Ben,
I loved your dialogue with candid pre-race interaction. It appeared you were both juiced and ready to compete. Ben you’re not just an athlete but a bit of a scientist yourself! Rumor has it the camera girl is a “knockout” wish we could have seen her:)

P.S. Congratulations on a super Ironman performance
