Michele Clark-Mason is the Seahawks nutritionist.

We are thrilled to partner with Michele as the primary protein supplier to the Seattle Seahawks! King 5 ran a nice piece on why Michele is the secret weapon for the world champions. She would make protein smoothies, using Mt. Capra Protein, to give to the players. Michele made it clear that what you put in your body is key to your performance.

“It’s about what you eat. It’s not just taking a handful of supplements,” said Michele Clark-Mason. “You can take all the pills you want and if you’re still eating empty, degraded foods, you’re not gonna have that optimal edge.”

This diet helped the Seattle players a lot.

“Guys are noticing that they’re sore less time in the week,” said Michele. “They’re recovering from the games faster.”
