What is Goat Whey Protein?
Goat Whey Protein is a highly digestible, low allergy whey protein food from goat milk. Milk is divided between two types of proteins; milk protein also known as casein and soluble protein also known as whey. The soluble whey protein as the name suggests, allows the protein to dissolve in water or water based liquids and is high in Branch Chain Amino Acids also known as BCAA.
Why a goat milk whey concentrate?
Goat milk is one of the most nutritious and wholesome foods known to man. Goat Whey Protein is a protein concentrate that is packed with amino acids, glutathione precursors, and other non-denatured bioactives just waiting to be assimilated by your metabolism.
Mt. Capra’s Goat Whey Protein contains some of the highest levels of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) found in any natural food source. Along with the high values of BCAA, Goat Whey Protein contains a higher biological value (104+) than any other food on the planet.
Perfect Amino Acid Profile
Because it comes from all-natural, wholesome goat milk, this protein is more digestible and absorbable than any other on the market. Goat Whey Protein is superior to cow whey because it provides the body with the perfect profile of amino acids for building lean body tissue, muscle, or other protein needs. Because it comes from goat milk, it provides much needed nutrition without many of the negative effects of cow milk.
Fast Digestibility
Protein is useful in increasing lean muscle mass and assisting the body in faster muscle repair, all while increasing overall metabolic rate. Goat Whey Protein is metabolized faster than any protein due to its high digestibility. This means the amino acids get to where they’re needed quickly and without delay. Whey protein is of critical importance when the body is in a catabolic state and needs protein to function normally.
Goat Whey Protein is for Everyone
Contrary to popular belief, Goat Whey Protein is not just ideal for body builders and athletes but also for kids, adults, and the elderly. The ability of whey protein, to build muscle and boost the immune system makes it an exemplary wholefood for post-operative patients, burn victims, and those both old and young suffering from a failure to thrive.
What the Experts Say:
“Consumption of whey protein has a robust ability to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. In fact, whey protein has been found to stimulate muscle protein synthesis to a greater degree than other proteins such as casein and soy. .” – Devries MC, Phillips SM.1

I really like this whey protein powder! I’m definitely ordering more. I prefer it to vitalwhey (cow’s milk), and I like that it is a single pure ingredient with no flavorings or additives. It has a smooth texture and a fresh neutral taste. I either mix it in a shaker bottle with water and some mineral whey or I blend a couple scoops in a smoothie.

I was looking for a goat milk whey to add to my husband’s morning cereal. This one is unsweetened which is perfect. He doesn’t notice the flavor and the extra protein and nutrients from the whey helps sustain him until lunchtime. Thanks for making an awesome product!!!

I am new to goat milk whey since removing cow milk from my diet. This is a very good protein powder! It mixes nicely and it feels as those the digestibility is much better than any other whey proteins I have had in the past.

I love this whey Protein & must share my experience with you. Whenever I have been able to find good goats milk products in the past, my husband after trying would insist he did not like goats milk & would not try again. After some coaching he did try this, & much to my surprise, he really enjoyed this drink. I could not believe it. I believe I will go on auto ship as the whey will disappear to fast. Your happy goats made us happy. Thank you

This was recommended to me by my nutritionist – I had recently been having a problem digesting cow’s milk – and found out that my blood type was often associated with lactose intolerance. This is an awesome protein powder – it dissolves completely – no grit, no nothing. I blend a couple scoops with a banana and some frozen blueberries and it’s breakfast on the go that’s healthier than my usual, and will stick with me until well past lunchtime !

In my search for a non-cow dairy whey protein, Mt Capra was a sure thing! I love that the products are sustainably produced with adorable goats and the minimal ingredients. This whey protein has many servings which makes it a good deal. I enjoy the flavor while it’s not as “potent” as other tawdry conventional whey protein powders. I will definitely purchase! This is the beginning of a wonderful relationship Mt Capra 🙂 Needless to say, I am a satisfied customer.

Regular whey upsets my stomach so I converted to the Mt. Capra Unsweetened goat whey approximately 3 months ago. I use it as a post work-out supplement for the protein and typically blend it with frozen berries. I have found it will mix in a shaker bottle (with the metal ball) in a pinch.

I love this product as I’m allergic to cow products and I’m a vegetarian so I need to make sure my protein intake is sufficient. I like how there’s no other additives in there and it’s actually quite a pleasant creamy taste without the usual heaviness of other protein powders.

I love this stuff. Undenatured whey protein is good for the body and the fact that is goat is the icing on the cake. I’ve been using it a while and after a month noticed the mild depression I had was gone. They don’t ship to Canada but I drive 90 minutes to the boarder to get it at a pick up point. Its worth the drive and it tastes yummy!

I love the goat whey protein- added into my oatmeal in the morning or as a post-workout recovery drink, it’s easy to digest, tasty, and fills me up- highly recommend it.

I’ve been consuming Mt. Capra’s goat whey product every day for many months now. I intend to use it as long as I can afford it and the formula stays the same! I love this protein. I had tried dozens and dozens of whey products but this is the only one that didn’t cause intestinal distress or taste terrible. Now, I can’t say I love the taste in water but in a juice smoothie or whisked into my bulletproof coffee, it’s great! The shipping is lightning fast too. Do I wish shipping was a little cheaper? Yes. But this product continues to be worth that extra cost. It’s one of only a handful that would justify expensive shipping in my mind.
