This Expeller-Pressed Grapeseed Oil comes from La Tourangelle and is made using traditional French techniques. It is rich in omega-6 (also known as linoleic acid), which is an essential fatty acid. Linoleic acid is a member of the polyunsaturated fatty acid family, and is a required ingredient in Mt. Capra’s Goat Milk Formula recipe. Grapeseed oil is a neutral oil and is great in salad dressings or mayonnaise. It has a high smoke point.
