Mt. Capra Return / Refund Policy
Mt. Capra offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Mt. Capra products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, products can be returned unopened, or opened / partially used. We reserve the right to ‘pro-rate’ your refund based upon the amount of product used / returned to us. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, your return / refund request, if granted, is at the sole discretion of management of Mt. Capra dba HEALTHWEST MINERALS, Inc.
To be eligible for a return / refund, your item must be in the original packaging and must have been purchased at our online web store, www.mtcapra.com, or directly from Mt. Capra by phone order, e-mail order, or FAXed order.
To request a return / refund of products purchased at other online or retail stores, contact the respective retailer from whom you made the purchase. For example, if you purchased your Mt. Capra product from Amazon.com, contact Amazon for return / refund information.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Orders placed using gift certificates, CapraPoints, and / or gift (debit) cards are not returnable / refundable.
- Gifts purchased by another party and given to you are not refundable.
- Product that has expired while in the possession of the purchaser is not returnable / refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable): We replace items at no charge if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’, describing the circumstances, and provide photos of the damaged item. We may require you to return the original item to us (at no expense to you). If so, we will issue a call tag allowing you to return the original item.
Returns (if applicable): To process your return, you will need to provide us with a receipt, packing slip, or electronic proof of purchase (email).

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of our notice to you of refund, contact your credit card company or card issuer; it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regularly-priced items may be refunded. Items on sale at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.
