Tropical Smoothie Bowl

This Tropical Smoothie Bowl recipe is a great way to get nutrients and feel like you are on vacation.



2 oz young Thai coconut meat*
1 cup mango chunks
2 oz nut milk
1 frozen banana, sliced
2 Tbs. Mt. Capra Caprotein**
1 cup ice
4 oz orange juice
1 cup granola, your choice!


  1. Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until smooth but still thick.
  2. Then, fill a bowl with 1 cup smoothie and ½ cup of your choice of granola.
  3. Garnish your smoothie bowl with all of your favorite toppings and enjoy!


*Young Thai coconut meat is a natural emulsifier with a mild coconut flavor, it is available in the freezer section of your natural foods store

**You can take the flavor of this smoothie bowl in a completely different direction with Mt. Capra Berry Whey, which is clean and fresh while being rich in antioxidants and minerals.
