I take a scope of CapraGreens first thing every morning and it gives me a nice boost of energy to get the day started. It's nice to get an alkaline base before I get into the coffee.

I did need to blend the powder finer in a nutri-bullet as there was little chunks of something? maybe seaweed that needed to be more of a powder.
