My favorite electrolytes

How is it possible that this makes my water taste better, almost creamy. That sounds weird, but it is delicious and I've been craving it daily!

Part of my morning review

Best electrolyte on the market. No flavor. Perfect in coffee.

Essential Product for me now!

This has become a essential ingredient to my daily greens/health mix now. I don't think you can find a more complete and correctly balanced minerals powder than this. And how could you - it's from goat milk! The electrolyte powders out there focus on just a couple of primary minerals. Same with the primary-trace mineral powders. This is a complete package. It's fine by itself too. Sometimes I'll just add some to a glass of distilled water. It's a very mild and comforting taste like that too. The powder is actually very pleasent tasting too if you get a bit that didn't dissolve completely, slightly sweet. You might come close in the minerals with the other Mt Capra ones too - the Clean Minerals or the Capra Mineral Whey, since they're both from the same goat milk. But this being fully concentrated brings out all the primary+trace in a 1 tbsp (10gm) serving, without the extra whey(?) content. And they're 2-1/2 tbsp (25 or 26gm) serving size for what ithey deliver since they're less concentrated from the milk. I've had a few other Mt Capra products, but this one will be a daily constant for me for here on out now. This one and the ghee too!

Goat minerals

I'm an endurance athlete and have tried every electrolyte formula under the relentless sun and the mt Capra clean electrolyte and trace mineral product is by far my favorite. In a day and age where products are marketed with bells and whistles and aggressive names like psycho viper venom or whatever, who would have thought, good old fashioned goat minerals rises above all as the cream of the crop. I live in a swamp and don't dare embark on training runs without mixing this stuff into my water and it just never fails. I've multiple 100 mile races on my schedule this summer and wouldn't even think about showing up to the start line without these trace minerals coalescing with the human machine which houses my spirit and propels me to glory.
