Is there any casein in Mt. Capra’s Clean Whey Protein?

While the casein is virtually non-existent in this product, Clean Whey Protein cannot be guaranteed "100% casein free." However, any casein protein molecules found in our Clean Whey Protein (and the levels will be extremely low to zero) are unlike the casein found in cow milk. Cow milk casein is a common allergen, while the casein found in goat milk is often found to be less allergy-causing.

How can I use Clean Whey Protein?

You can use it in so many ways. Mix it into your oatmeal or yogurt, blend it in smoothies, add it to chia puddings....the options are endless!

How can I prevent clumping of the protein?

For adding it to liquids, the best way to mix is a shaker cup. First put your water, or other liquid, into the shaker cup, put the lid on, and shake it until the entire inside of the bottle is wet. Then add the protein powder, put the lid back on, and shake, shake, shake! Putting the protein powder into a dry cup can cause the powder to stick to itself and form clumps in the corners. Is there any erythritol in the stevia of the vanilla flavor?
