Suggested Directions for Goat Milk Powder

Mix 2 level scoops (28g) in 8 oz. of warm water. Gently shake and chill before serving. Using the milk powder in a blender will not damage the product at all. 1 entire bottle of Goat Milk Powder will make 1 gallon of milk. To create an entire gallon, mix 1 pound (1 bottle) of goats milk powder with 1/2 gallon of warm water. Once it is fully mixed, add additional water so that the total volume of water is 1 gallon. Chill before serving for best taste. Use within 4-5 days.

A Customer Favorite

“We recently purchased this goat’s milk powder to create a healthy alternative for infant formula. We love the great taste of the goat milk! Thank you for sharing your story with what you went through with your children, and developing such a great infant formula recipe- you’ve saved me a lot of stress! Our little guy loves it! Now I can also use the goat milk powder for homemade hot chocolate too. I have nothing but good things to say about your product. A HUGE thank you for all you do!” – Natasha

“My now 3 year old has been drinking your goat milk formula since he was 8 months old and he absolutely loves. When you look at the ingredients on the back of regular store-bought baby formula boxes, it has enough to make us regular moms cringe to our core. I live in Oregon so shipping is super quick and the staff has always been very reliable and friendly. Thank you…” – Julie

Does your Goat Milk Powder come from your own goat farm?

Nope. We import this delicious goat milk powder from Dutch family farms in the Netherlands. Our company president Joe Stout and his wife have personally visited the farms and processing plant to ensure their quality.

Why don’t you sell domestic goat milk powder instead?

Great question. While the US has some excellent producers of goat milk powder, we also have a bit of an addiction to GMO laden feeds. At Mt. Capra we have a strict non-GMO policy for ALL the foods we produce, manufacture, formulate, and sell. The European Union (EU) does not allow genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in their animal feeds. This means that every bottle of our Goat Milk Powder is nonGMO all the way through.

Does your Goat Milk Powder need to be refrigerated?

No. Our Goat Milk Powder is shelf-stable and does not need to be refrigerated. Just keep the lid tightly on between uses and store in a dry place. It will remain good even after opening through the best by date on the bottom of the bottle.

Can the whole milk powder be used as an infant formula?

No, the whole milk powder is not a complete infant formula by itself. We do sell a Goat Milk Formula Recipe Kit that you can purchase with all of the real ingredients you need to make your own homemade goat milk formula.

How long is rehydrated goat milk good for?

Rehydrated goat milk can be stored in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
