Suggested Directions for Goat Milk Powder

Mix 2 level scoops (28g) in 8 oz. of warm water. Gently shake and chill before serving. Using the milk powder in a blender will not damage the product at all. 1 entire bottle of Goat Milk Powder will make 1 gallon of milk. To create an entire gallon, mix 1 pound (1 bottle) of goats milk powder with 1/2 gallon of warm water. Once it is fully mixed, add additional water so that the total volume of water is 1 gallon. Chill before serving for best taste. Use within 4-5 days.

A Customer Favorite

Simply the purest and the best!

I really truly love this milk. I have tried numerous others from all over the world and Mt. Capra’s whole goat milk is simply the best I’ve found! Very pleasant to the taste, satisfying and easy on my digestive system.”

Delicious and Delicious

I really like goat’s milk. But the inconsistency in taste with off-the-shelf milk from a grocery store caused me to stop drinking it. For the health benefits of goat’s milk, I decided to try Mt. Capra’s powder. It is tasty straight out of the container. I sprinkle it on all kinds of foods. It’s creamy and tastes pure. It mixes well in anything warm and in cold smoothies with a blender. I honestly look forward to having it every single day.”

Does your Goat Milk Powder come from your own goat farm?

Nope. We import this delicious goat milk powder from Dutch family farms in the Netherlands. Our company president Joe Stout and his wife have personally visited the farms and processing plant to ensure their quality.

Why don’t you sell domestic goat milk powder instead?

Great question. While the US has some excellent producers of goat milk powder, we also have a bit of an addiction to GMO laden feeds. At Mt. Capra we have a strict non-GMO policy for ALL the foods we produce, manufacture, formulate, and sell. The European Union (EU) does not allow genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in their animal feeds. This means that every bottle of our Goat Milk Powder is nonGMO all the way through.

Does your Goat Milk Powder need to be refrigerated?

No. Our Goat Milk Powder is shelf-stable and does not need to be refrigerated. Just keep the lid tightly on between uses and store in a dry place. It will remain good even after opening through the best by date on the bottom of the bottle.

Can the whole milk powder be used as an infant formula?

No, the whole milk powder is not a complete infant formula and is not appropriate for children under a year old.

How long is rehydrated goat milk good for?

Rehydrated goat milk can be stored in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.

The Best Milk!

I have been a Mt. Capra customer since 2022. Their goat's milk is the best by far! My family will continue to support and recommend Mt. Capra in the years to come.

The best goat milk powder

I have tried two other goat milk powders besides Mt. Capra. They did not mix easily and also seemed runnier in the finished product (homemade goat milk yogurt). The flavor of those other brands was okay, but the flavor of Mt. Capra seems much fresher and more delicious. It is a little more expensive than some other goat milk powders, but I will happily pay for the high quality I'm getting. This goat milk powder makes the most delicious goat milk yogurt I've ever tasted! I will definitely stick with Mt. Capra from now on.
