Goat Milk Lactose is extracted from pure goat milk whey. It contains no corn, soy, bovine (cow) ingredients, or genetically modified organisms (GMO’s). A perfect addition to foods and drinks, lactose has been used to support growth of healthy microflora such as Lactobacillus acidophilus. It is a perfect addition to coffee, smoothies, baked goods, and yogurt. It is also a key ingredient in milk stout, which is a creamy, rich, dark beer with a sweetness from the lactose.
