Every summer, I like to keep a few healthy treats stocked in the freezer, especially ones that help my family stay cool and hydrated without loading up on sugar or food dyes. These Peach Berry Lemonade Pops have quickly become another favorite. They’re fruity, lightly tart, and have a little zing from the lemon and berries...but the best part? They’re packed with minerals thanks to Mt. Capra’s Clean Electrolytes + Trace Minerals.
Why electrolytes matter (especially in the summer)
Hydration isn’t just about drinking water. We also need minerals (like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium) to help our cells absorb and use that water effectively. When we're sweating more in the summer heat, losing fluids from exercise, or even feeling fatigued or lightheaded, it’s sometimes a sign we’re low in key electrolytes.
Mt. Capra’s Clean Electrolytes + Trace Minerals is made from a real-food source…concentrated goat milk mineral whey. This unique ingredient is incredibly rich in bioavailable minerals, meaning your body can easily absorb and utilize them. Unlike many electrolyte powders on the market, it’s completely free of sugar, artificial sweeteners, and synthetic flavors. That means you get pure, nourishing hydration support, just as nature intended.

Peach Berry Lemonade Pops Recipe
Yields: 4 standard-sized popsicles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peach juice or puree (fresh or frozen, blended)
- ½ cup berries (I’ve used both blueberry and raspberry - both are great!)
- Juice of ½ large lemon
- 1 tbsp Mt. Capra Clean Electrolytes
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- Optional: a few whole blueberries or sliced strawberries to add texture
Instructions:
- Blend fresh or thawed peaches until smooth to make 1 cup of purée. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
- If using frozen berries, thaw them first. Blend berries with the peach purée, lemon juice, electrolytes, and honey until smooth.
- Optional: If using seed-heavy berries (like strawberries or blackberries), strain the mixture after blending for a smoother popsicle.
- Optionally, drop a few whole berries or fruit slices into popsicle molds for visual texture.
- Pour into molds and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until fully set.

Storage Tip
Make It Your Own
- Swap peaches for mango or pineapple for a tropical twist
- Use additional lemon juice in place of berries for a classic lemonade treat
- Add a few mint leaves to the blend for a refreshing herbal note
- For little ones, use silicone molds with fun shapes - it’s a great way to sneak in minerals!
