This rebuilding, refreshing, and deeply nourishing spiced smoothie features Mt. Capra's Clean Whole Protein—a unique protein supplement with only one ingredient, which represents a revolution of transparency and quality in the protein industry. Perfect for any day regardless of the weather.

Our Capra Mineral Whey is the same electrolyte-replacing product that you’ve come to love. Working in harmony with every ingredient in this smoothie, due to how it balances blood sugar, repairs your muscles, and improves cellular metabolism, thanks to the double dose of cinnamon.

Another superfood in the mix, Red Maca from Peru, has been shown to be significantly effective for hormone balance, female fertility, bone health, and prostate health. It has a slightly nutty flavor which goes nicely in this horchata smoothie with your favorite nut milk and spices! Even more, to boost your immune-fighting powers, feel free to add a bit of Mt. Capra Colostrum for even more creaminess. So rather than continue on about the amazing health benefits, let’s jump right into the recipe.

Yield: 2 – 12 oz portions

Ingredients:

1/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen banana slices
1 cup nut milk
2 Tbs almond butter
2 tsp cinnamon, powdered*
1 tsp red maca, powdered
2 scoops Mt. Capra Clean Whole Protein
2 Tbs Coconut butter
2 Tbs Mt. Capra Mineral Whey (optional)
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 Tbs vanilla extract**
Ice – 1 cup
2 scoops Mt. Capra Colostrum (optional)

*particularly Ceylon Cinnamon, which adds a fun little kick of heat

**or substitute Mt. Capra Caprotein or Clean Whey Protein for the vanilla extract + protein powder

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth with a medium thickness. Add more ice to adjust and enjoy! Be careful as it is rather easier to add more ice then remove it.
